Analisia was born in Oklahoma and relocated to Texas in high school. She pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design at the University of North Texas.
She graduated in 2017 and quickly found a place in the fashion industry focused on Technical Design. Technical Design is the process of engineering the fit of a garment. She handled an activewear line and this ignited her passion for understanding the movement of the human body.
Analisia relocated to Wisconsin in April of 2020 for her job with Kohl’s Corporate Office. During the pandemic, she worked on growing her yoga knowledge further with her 300-hour certification.
After needing a safe space to process life’s stresses in 2018, Analisia fell in love with yoga. She became 200-hour RYT certified in 2019 so she could share the peace she found with others. She believes that yoga is a healthy alternative to process traumas and hopes to create that same safe space for her students.
