Charisma Townsend is a psychology student who fell in love with living a holistic way of life. I’m human and this isn’t the easiest for me because it wasn’t how I was raised. But everyday I get up and I strive to be better and to be healthier then I was yesterday.
Massage Therapy is art. It is essential to life. Something so simple – massage aides your body in its own self-healing process. The power of touch can be healing or destructive. I aim to remind people that it was meant for healing. Everyday, massage teaches me something new. Through my hands, I push that knowledge.
