Steel Mace Foundations is a full-body workout for any and all fitness levels. The Steel Mace (Gada or club) dates to the 13th century and was used by warriors to train and condition for battle. This modernized ancient practice creates dynamic core stability, coordination, endurance, and an elevated mental focus empowering confidence in all your life activities.
