March 2019: PUSH-UPS

Follow the day-to-day plan. Each day you will perform a different exercise or variation. Each week, the reps will increase.

PUSH-UPS

The Push-up is a traditional conditioning body-weight exercise calls upon the entire body and mind to perform it safely. Essentially, it is a moving plank. You are raising and lowering your own body from and to the floor – whether on toes, knees, or at the wall. This exercise is great for building upper body strength (arms, shoulders, chest and back) and core stability while improving bone mass.
