4-week Meditation Series: Meditation to Increase Wellbeing with Camelia Kessaci

Learn meditation tools that will help you focus on what really matters in your life.
Each week, you will be guided to gradually and compassionately work on delving deeper to find clarity and purpose.
Topics include: Healthy Ambition, Compassion, Openness, and Trust. Workshop series includes coursework for between classes to enhance your experience.
We will create an environment where the individual feels safe and comfortable to share their experiences with the rest of the group.
Bring a notebook along with your open mind! All are welcome!

An Intuitive Coach and Yoga Instructor, Camelia Kessaci personally uses meditation as an essential tool in her practice.
