This workshop is a powerful opportunity to unlock deep built up tension and tightness that is creating not only pain, but limited range of motion and unnatural mobility patterns. Learn the difference between active and passive stretching and when you should perform each kind of a stretch.
In this soulfully inspiring session, you’ll be guided through a soothing mind, body, and hips class where you’ll leave feeling lighter, open and ready to move and live your life more fully – both on and off the mat.
