In-Person Classes

All classes are for 16 people. Classes meet at the same time each week.

Masks are optional for Fully Vaccinated individuals during classes.

ONLINE reservations are critical to our ability to host in-person classes. If you reserve a spot and don’t show up or cancel at the last minute, someone else loses the ability to take that class.

  • Register for classes online and pay at that time. You will receive an online receipt with the reservation when payment is processed.
  • If you need to cancel, cancel at least 4 hours before the start of class to give a person on the waitlist the opportunity to attend class. You must cancel on the app or online (not by phone or email). Cancel early to avoid a $20 late cancellation/no show fee.
  • If you cancel with less than 4 hours to class, you will be charged a $20 late cancelation/no show fee.
  • If you don’t show up for class and don’t cancel, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation/no show fee.
  • If you are on the waiting list and get added to the class, you will receive an email and/or text to inform you. This can happen 4 hours prior to class or days before.

Fitness Fusion Circuits (All levels)

This 45-minute circuit-style class will incorporate yoga postures and simple to complex mindful movements to increase strength, stability, and flexibility for an exhilarating workout. Work up a sweat while building a stronger connection between mind and body.

INVIVO’s Style of Bootcamp! It’s a strength Circuit.

Functional. Integral. Total Body. Training. = FITT Bootcamp Condition your ENTIRE body using only your own bodyweight.

With a new workout each week, you will LEARN new skills and EARN your progressions. In each class, we will focus on mobility drills, cardio, strength exercises, and balance.

Power Barre (all levels)

Strengthen and sculpt your entire body – legs, arms, back, and core through ballet-inspired moves. Build postural balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and grace during this 60-minute, full-body workout.

By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition, you will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use a variety of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights, and bands. Expect lots of body-weight and low-impact moves including plies, pulses, and planks. Embrace the quiver during this fun and continuously moving workout. Appropriate for all ability levels.

What to wear: No shoes or socks necessary. Being barefoot is ideal so you can firmly grip the floor anytime you go up in relevé (say hello to mighty calves).

SpeedFit Circuits (All Levels)

Join us on our Speedfit equipment for a full-body workout using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as TRX suspension training systems.

We will work through sequences that will challenge your neuromuscular system, engage the core, test and increase your balance and agility.

Steel Mace Foundations

Steel Mace Foundations is a full-body workout for any and all fitness levels. The Steel Mace (Gada or club) dates to the 13th century and was used by warriors to train and condition for battle. This modernized ancient practice creates dynamic core stability, coordination, endurance, and an elevated mental focus empowering confidence in all your life activities.

Each week, you’ll perform drills that incorporate the Steel Mace into strength and conditioning exercises like squats, lunges, rows, and presses to build strength, improve conditioning, and generate power. Learn basic movements for the next level class – Steel Mace Swing Skills.

Imagine a graceful yoga practice that adds more challenge with the addition of a steel mace. This practice creates more mindfulness in movements and mechanics.

Want a different kind of workout? This 30-minute class will guide you through a TRX workout by introducing the 7 foundational movements: Plank, Pull, Hinge, Push, Rotate, Squat and Lunge.

Using suspension equipment that uses your own body weight and gravity, this class focuses on technique, transitions, and progressions. Develop core strength, improve balance, and gain strength and confidence during this full-body workout.
