Join us on our SpeedFit equipment for a full body workout using high intensity interval training as well as TRX training systems. We will work through sequences that will challenge your neuromuscular system, engage the core, test and increase your balance and agility.

Power Barre (all levels)

Strengthen and sculpt your entire body – legs, arms, back, and core through ballet-inspired moves. Build postural balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and grace during this 60-minute, full-body workout.

By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition, you will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use a variety of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights, and bands. Expect lots of body-weight and low impact moves including plies, pulses, and planks. Embrace the quiver during this fun and continuously moving workout. Appropriate for all ability levels.

What to wear: No shoes or socks necessary. Being barefoot is ideal so you can firmly grip the floor anytime you go up in relevé (say hello to mighty calves).
