Insurance Billing Specialist

Georgette Baumann joined INVIVO Wellness as the Insurance Billing Specialist in August 2016.

She handles all of the insurance processing for INVIVO Wellness’ Physical Therapy. This involves verification of benefits, submission of claims, and processing of payments, plus helps out with scheduling and Front Desk on occasion.

Georgette brings more than 20 years of experience working in the insurance industry as a customer service representative, contract specialist, and business analyst at a large company. She left the corporate world in order to work in a smaller, more personal setting here at INVIVO Wellness.

She will do her best to make the confusing world of insurance a little easier to understand and is happy to answer any questions regarding Physical Therapy billing.

Georgette Baumann holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Denver, Colorado.

Her favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with her 3 children, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
