Maryann specializes in Functional Movement Training, TRX, and Group Exercise. She has a realistic approach to reaching your fitness goals giving you the right tools to move better and feel better, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be walking out with a good sweat.
She will challenge you every bit of the way, but her positive attitude will get you to the finish line. As a former professional chef, Maryann understands the fundamentals in leading a healthy lifestyle inside and outside the gym. She believes fitness is not just aesthetics and athleticism, it comes with mindful eating and feeling good emotionally and mentally.
