INVIVO Welcomes Yoga Instructors

Analisia White

Analisia White is 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a focus on the vinyasa yoga practice. She received her yoga certification through Lifetime Fitness and has been teaching since 2019.

She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from the University of North Texas.

She loves helping students reach a point of peace amidst discomfort, not only in yoga but in life.

Join her Vinyasa Flow classes on Mondays in-person at 5:30 pm and Sundays virtual at 9:30 am.

Margaret Teshner holds a 200-hour certification with an emphasis in Integrative Yoga Therapy. She teaches gentle yoga, hatha yoga, and integrative yoga therapy styles.

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Viterbo University with emphases in Theatre, Music, and Psychology.

Yoga is a journey of self-discovery. Practicing with Margaret will allow individuals to slow down, check in with themselves and connect to their own inner guidance.

Join her Tuesdays in-person for Gentle Yoga at 12:30 pm, Thursdays virtually for Restorative Yoga at 7:00 pm and Fridays in-person for Yoga for Body, Mind and Spirit at Noon.

Robin Holzhauer

Robin Holzhauer earned her 200-hour yoga certification, a 100-hour trauma-sensitive specialty, and is finishing a 100-hour mind-body recovery specialty, all with the YogaFit.

Robin has practiced and taught on six continents during her career as a U.S. diplomat.

Robin holds bachelor’s degrees in English and History from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, a Master’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Join her virtually for Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:45 pm.

sarah sobel yoga instructor

Sarah Sobel is excited to offer flowing vinyasa classes to her students at INVIVO. She has been teaching since 2018 and holds a 200-hour certification from Yoga One.

She is excited to share her unique perspective on the connection between breath and movement.

Sara is also one of INVIVO’s friendly Front Desk Associates who will assist you with check-in, scheduling, checkout, and customer service questions.

She is currently enrolled in a 300-hour yoga certification program as well as a Dietetics program at Mount Mary University.
