INVIVO Welcomes Yoga Instructors

Paula Biasi Trusky Yoga Instructor

Paula Biasi Trusky is a certified yoga instructor through Kanyakumari Yoga and Ayurveda School. She’s been practicing since 1997 and teaching at the community and University level since 2006.

Paula holds a BA and MFA in Dance and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant as well as a certified rehab Pilates teacher.

Her aim is to make all postures accessible to people of all backgrounds. She believes that yoga is a practice for everyone. In her classes, you can expect clear alignment cues, use of yoga props, helpful hands-on corrections, and creative sequencing.

Lauren Wein Yoga Instructor

Lauren Wein comes to INVIVO with the passion to inspire her students through meditation, asana practice, and pranayama breathwork. She received her 200-Hour YTT certification with the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja California, Mexico.

Taking yoga off the mat has changed her view of the world, and she is both excited and humbled to share this wisdom and join her students on their journeys with yoga!

Join her Mondays for Hatha Yoga at 5:30 pm.

Lindsey Ruenger Yoga Instructor

A Wisconsin native, Lindsey Ruenger recently moved back from Chicago. She’s been teaching yoga since becoming certified in 2018.

You can expect her classes to be flowing, dynamic and strengthening. Her main motivation is to offer a space for students to connect with themselves, with their breath and find ease in movement.

Lindsey is 200-hour certified and holds a BFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee.

Join her on select Fridays for Hatha Flow at 5:30 pm and select Saturdays for Hatha Yoga at 10 am.

Katie Prucha Yoga Instructor

Katie Prucha is excited to offer a light-hearted yet challenging class to her students at INVIVO.

She has been teaching since 2014 and holds at 200-hour certification as well as prenatal yoga certification. She loves offering her students the space to breathe, connect, and recenter during each class.
