During the COVID-19 pandemic, here are some frequently asked questions about INVIVO Wellness.
What are your hours for Physical Therapy?
Deemed an essential service, we are seeing Physical Therapy patients on Mondays from 8 am – 5 pm, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 am – 5 pm. Tuesdays from Noon – 7 pm. We are closed on Wednesdays.

Are Massage Therapy appointments available?
Deemed an essential service, we are limiting appointments. If you are interested in joining our waitlist for Massage, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond via email and phone.
What is happening with my monthly Membership dues while INVIVO is closed?
Your membership as been suspended and you will not be billed for your membership while INVIVO Wellness is closed.
When will I be billed for Membership?
Once we know the reopen date, we will communicate when and how much we are billing for memberships.
How will I know when I can start working out or take classes at INVIVO Wellness again?
We will be using our website, email and social media (Facebook and Instagram) to communicate with you once we are given the green light to reopen.

What is INVIVO doing to prepare to reopen?
– Developing a comprehensive list of high-touch areas, equipment, and surfaces.
-Reviewing cleaning products and processes for every area of our facility.
-Implementing expanded cleaning protocols.
-Reviewing and addressing social distancing spacing considerations.
-Developing schedules and roll-out plans for hours of operation and available services.
