Amy Stauffer joined the INVIVO Wellness Team in August 2021 as a Front Desk Associate Manager.
Amy brings a wealth of business-to-consumer expertise and experience with service-based companies. She has worked in a variety of industries from universities and schools to the automotive industry to advertising. Her integrity, commitment, and passion for success, coupled with her management experience will help further strengthen the INVIVO Wellness Team.
Amy is responsible for supervising Front Desk Associates, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and financial performance.
Amy is also a Yoga Instructor and has been teaching a wide variety of yoga class styles in the Milwaukee area since 2018. She became a 200-hour registered Yoga Teacher in 2019 from Inner Light Yoga Studios and is also a Certified Fitness Instructor. She joined the INVIVO Instructor Team in July 2021.
In August 2020, we welcomed Jennifer Yaeger to the INVIVO Wellness Front Desk Team.
She will greet and assist you with check-in, scheduling, and checkout. Her positive and friendly manner will put you at ease.
In August 2021, she was promoted to the role of Front Desk Team Lead. In this role, she serves as the primary liaison to our team of Massage Therapy independent contractors. This newly created position includes additional responsibilities alongside her current customer service role at the Front Desk.
She is responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and administrative management of the Massage Therapy team’s schedules. She will place specific emphasis on developing protocols and procedures to enhance productivity and increase sales performance. Jennifer will also actively recruit, hire, and onboard qualified Massage Therapists.
Jennifer brings 10+ years of experience in the Wellness industry serving as an Office Manager, Esthetician, Laser Technician, and Fitness Assistant /Nutritional Coach.
Manning Slaten returned to the INVIVO Wellness Team in May 2020 as a Front Desk Associate and served as Front Desk Manager during 2020-2021.
She has been working at spas for over 10 years.
She will greet and assist you with check-in, scheduling, and checkout. Her patience and positive attitude will bring comfort to everyone that comes in. Her goal is to make all of our clients feel as welcome and comfortable as possible.
When not at INVIVO, Manning is attending business school or taking her dog Luna for hikes.
We welcomed Sarah Sobel to the INVIVO Wellness Front Desk Team in February 2021.
She brings several years of customer service experience in the foodservice industry serving as a manager at the Milwaukee Public Market.
She will welcome and assist you with check-in, scheduling, and checkout. Her positive and friendly manner will put you at ease.
Also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, she is excited to share her unique perspective on the connection between breath and movement.
She is currently enrolled in a 300-hour yoga certification program as well as a Dietetics program at Mount Mary University.
Dimple Desai joined INVIVO Wellness Team in July 2021 as a Front Desk Associate.
She is happy to answer questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make client visits positive. Dimple appreciates this opportunity to meet and communicate with a variety of wonderful people every day.
Prior to working at INVIVO Wellness, Dimple worked for three years as a secretary at a startup non-profit prosthetics company in Gainesville, Florida. Additionally, she worked for the Foreign Service Institute at the State Department translating documents in Hindi and Arabic.
Dimple is currently attaining her MBA in Business Analytics at Carroll University. When she is not working or studying, Dimple is competing as an Olympic weightlifter with Milwaukee Barbell.
Georgette Baumann joined INVIVO as the Insurance Billing Specialist in August 2016.
She handles all of the insurance processing for INVIVO Wellness’ Physical Therapy. This involves verification of benefits, submission of claims, and processing of payments, plus helps out with scheduling and Front Desk on occasion.
Georgette Baumann holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Denver, Colorado.
She will do her best to make the confusing world of insurance a little easier to understand and is happy to answer any questions regarding Physical Therapy billing.

Matthew Konkel joined INVIVO as our Cleaning Crew in July 2020.
He handles cleaning services around the facility ensuring cleanliness and safety for our clients and patients. You will see him working throughout the facility, in the fitness center and yoga studio.
A recent Certified Personal Trainer, Matthew is completed his NASM gymternship at INVIVO under the guidance of Cynthia Akey and Robert McDonial during 2020 – 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from UW-Parkside.
Matthew teaches fitness classes and personal training clients. In a pinch, Matthew helps at the Front Desk assisting customers and patients.
Cynthia Akey joined INVIVO as the Wellness and Marketing Director in July 2018.
She develops, coordinates, implements, and promotes all services, classes, training programs, and events.
She oversees the team of fitness instructors and personal trainers. Cynthia teaches yoga and fitness classes and is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer.
As a digital marketer, content creator, and graphic designer, she manages the INVIVO website, e-mail communications, social media, and print materials.
Cynthia Akey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UW-Oshkosh. Prior to teaching, coaching, and consulting full time, she worked in corporate marketing and communication departments in several industries for 23 years.
In a pinch, you may see her assisting with customer service at the Front Desk, cleaning the facility, or folding laundry.
