Physical Therapy FAQ
Q. Do I need physical therapy?
If you are experiencing pain, physical therapy is a good place to start.
Invivo offers free 20-minute physical screening evaluations with a Wisconsin state-licensed Physical Therapist that will help you determine if physical therapy can help you.
Pain can be classified into two different types – visceral and somatic.
Visceral pain emerges from the internal organs.
Somatic pain emerges from structures that include the skeletal and muscular system. Identifying the origin of pain can often be a difficult and confusing process.
