Power Barre (all levels)

Strengthen and sculpt your entire body – legs, arms, back, and core through ballet-inspired moves. Build postural balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and grace during this 60-minute, full-body workout.

By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition, you will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use a variety of exercise equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights, and bands. Expect lots of body-weight and low-impact moves including plies, pulses, and planks. Embrace the quiver during this fun and continuously moving workout. Appropriate for all ability levels.

What to wear: No shoes or socks necessary. Being barefoot is ideal so you can firmly grip the floor anytime you go up in relevé (say hello to mighty calves).
