The prenatal yoga program at INVIVO is designed to promote flexibility, muscle toning and strengthening, as well as improve balance and circulation throughout your pregnancy. Classes will also include breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you prepare for labor and delivery.
Weekly prenatal yoga classes are led by instructors trained to work with the unique experiences of pregnancy. Each class includes restorative poses, adjustments and liberal use of support props. Invivo provides mats, straps, blocks blankets and bolsters. Students are welcome to bring in any additional props for ease and comfort during classes.
A prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other pregnant women and feel a sense of community in a supportive and holistic environment. Prenatal classes are on-going and students may join anytime.

These class packages may be used towards any of our specialty pre-and-postnatal class offerings (Prenatal Yoga and Pre & Postnatal Fitness). Classes are on-going so you can start at anytime and may also purchase more class packages at any time.
